The China Fisheries & Seafood Expo welcomed Atlantic Canada official delegates (New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland) and dozens of famous seafood companies in Qingdao 2014. The seafood show took place in early November and there were in total over 1,100 exhibitors from all over the world. Sunrise Group facilitated the mission as logistics provider and was working hard on preparation, reception, coordination as well as translation and interpretation for the visit.

Sunrise Consulting has been helping Atlantic Canada provinces to export seafood products and assisted local companies and organizations to attend the show annually for last 5 years. This show is the largest seafood expo in Asia, and it also is the best platform for Canadian seafood companies to showcase their products and business opportunities to the largest and fastest of growing seafood market in the whole world.

While in Qingdao, Sunrise coordinated on a great Atlantic Seafood Reception for buyers and traders interested in Atlantic seafood, such as lobster, snow crabs, etc. Dozens of Chinese seafood traders and buyers attended the reception and had pleasant communication with Canadian seafood companies. This reception not only provided the broader market for Canadian seafood companies, but also lets Chinese traders learn and taste Canadian top quality seafood. The seafood companies of Atlantic Canada provided various kinds of seafood at reception, and the buyers and traders had a high praise for them.

Earlier in Beijing, PEI provincial government was arranged to meet representative of Alibaba Group and local seafood product companies by Sunrise. Both sides had an in-depth exchange view for launching Canadian lobsters and other seafood products on Alibaba’s e-platform. They both eagerly awaiting the day thought the e-commerce platform of Alibaba Group to show better and more Atlantic Canada seafood products to China!
