Global Vision and Canadian Business opportunity

In April 2014, Innovation PEI sent an investment recruitment Mission to China. Sunrise Group assisted in the Mission and coordinated events in various cities. Senior Director of Innovation PEI, Ministry of Innovation and Advanced Learning, led the Mission and implemented investment forums in different cities of China, and received great welcome and positive feedbacks from all the participating companies and individuals

During the Mission, Sunrise Group provided professional services of expertise, including: sourcing large-medium size enterprises which have intentions and capabilities in globalization; arrangements and coordination of all the investment forum; professional documents translation and on-site interpretation, etc. The professional consulting services enable effective communications between government officials of PEI and different participants in China, such as government official, enterprises owner and management. Sunrise Group President Mr. Xuan Zhou, General Manager Sharon Da, Business Development Manager May Yang and Kate Hu participated in the Mission.

Purpose of the Mission is to present global business and investment opportunities of PEI to China enterprises in strategic sectors of PEI and communicated with both business owners and government officials in China to promote PEI as Prime business and living location in North America. The investment forums held in different cities of China showed the great quality of ecological environment, strategic economic development, diversified investment opportunities as well as the favourable investment policies of PEI. The presentations of PEI brought up great interests of China enterprises, to explore the place and consider setting up branched or subsidiaries. The participants asked many questions, e.g. PEI living conditions, tax systems, operations cost, etc.  , and communicated on development of new projects and expansion of global trade or business operation opportunities.

Government of Prince Edward Island is making efforts and has favourable policies to Chinese companies to expand their markets and operations into North America. Mr. Xuan Zhou, president of Sunrise Group, believe that Chinese companies may utilize the advantages to go global. He said that Sunrise Group would like to bridge the gap between China and Canada in business and culture, via our expertise and experience through working with different departments of both federal and provincial government. Sunrise Group will provide full support to China enterprises and help them to expand or establish operations in the region.
